Alok Jha is an entrepreneur and psychology educator. With an MBA and a Master's in Psychology, he brings together two worlds: the practical clarity of business and the depth of psychological insight.
He founded Calmtree to make psychology simple, practical and useful in everyday life, not as therapy or medical advice, but as education that helps you understand yourself and the people around you.

Dr. Omkar Mate is a psychiatrist based in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, with 16 years of clinical experience. He holds MBBS, DPM, and DNB in Psychiatry, specializing in neuropsychiatry and addiction psychiatry.
He won the Major General Jennings Award (2010) for topping the DPM exams, along with a Bombay Psychiatric Society research award (2014). He practices at MIDAS, Apollo Hospitals CBD Belapur, and his own clinic in Nerul. Patients consistently praise his patience and clear explanations for anxiety, depression, and addiction treatment.
