Alok Jha
Founder & CEO · Psychology–Business Lead
Alok Jha is an entrepreneur and psychology educator. With an MBA and a Master's in Psychology, he brings together two worlds: the practical clarity of business and the depth of psychological insight.
He founded Calmtree to make psychology simple, practical and useful in everyday life, not as therapy or medical advice, but as education that helps you understand yourself and the people around you.

Apurva shapes how Calmtree feels to use, from the first question you answer to the report you read at the end.
Leads: User journeys, assessment experience, and report design.
Owns: Accessibility, and how privacy is explained in plain language.
Chirag
Lead Engineer
Chirag builds the platform end to end: the public site, the assessment engine, payments, dashboards, and the admin tools behind them.
Leads: Platform architecture and the assessment engine.
Owns: Security, privacy controls, and the anonymity floor on organisational reporting.

Dr. Omkar Mate
Psychiatrist · Clinical Safety Advisor
A psychiatrist based in Nerul, Navi Mumbai, with 16 years of clinical experience. MBBS, DPM and DNB in Psychiatry, specialising in neuropsychiatry and addiction psychiatry.
He won the Major General Jennings Award (2010) for topping the DPM exams, and a Bombay Psychiatric Society research award (2014). He practices at MIDAS, Apollo Hospitals CBD Belapur, and his own clinic in Nerul.
Reviews: Sensitive content, safety language, referral guidance, and the line between education and diagnosis.
